Oh Wonder to play intimate London show next month

So far it's their only UK headline date of the year, alongside previously announced Reading and Leeds sets

London duo Oh Wonder are set for an intimate hometown date next month, headlining OMEARA on 10 May.

With second album Ultralife on the way in June, it’s as yet their only UK headline date of the year, although they’re also playing Reading and Leeds Festival in August.

Oh Wonder have just unveiled a second track from the album, titled Lifetimes, and suggesting that Ultralife will be a more straight forward pop record.

The chilled pop of debut standouts like Drive and Lose It has been dropped on both Lifetimes and title track Ultralife, although Josephine and Anthony’s dual vocal melodies are still intact.

Tickets for the two headline shows go on sale this Thursday, with priority given to fans that have pre-ordered the new full-length – out on 16 June – from their website.

Oh Wonder are currently in the US, and will perform at Coachella this weekend and next.

They’re also announced for a number of European festivals this summer, including Pukkelpop and Sziget.

Their Reading Festival performance is on Friday 25 August, followed by Leeds on the 26th.
