Pixx is set for six headline shows this June, coinciding with the release of her debut album The Age of Anxiety.

The solo star, signed to 4AD, has often supported bigger acts as she has emerged, including Austra at the moment.

She’s finally breaking in her own right thanks to a series of popular singles, and her debut album – released on 2 June – might be one of this year’s best.

The most recent single to be unveiled from the album, I Bow Down, was released in January:

The new tour kicks off on album release day at Norwich Arts Centre, and then stops by in Glasgow, Leeds, London, Birmingham and Lancaster.

She’s also scheduled to appear at The Great Escape, Dot To Dot, Latitude and End Of The Road in 2017.

The Age of Anxiety features 12 tracks, including previous singles Grip and Baboo, and will be released digitally and on limited edition coloured vinyl.
