New Music: The Night Café – Strange Clothes

The Liverpool band are currently on tour supporting Sundara Karma


There’s a lot of great new bands emanating from Liverpool at the moment, but few have the prodigious promise of The Night Café.

Their new track, Strange Clothes, is a timely testament as to why, arriving as they play dates with Sundara Karma.

The thriving indie single accompanies the band’s announcement of their debut EP, Get Away From The Feeling, which is set for release on 10 March.

The EP, now that Strange Clothes is released, will be more compilation than new material, with only one of its four tracks yet to be revealed.

We suspect we won’t see that one – The Way of Mary – until release day.

The Night Café are on tour in support of Sundara until 17 February, and are quickly back on the road in the same capacity next month with Blaenavon.

They’re also at Live at Leeds and Hit The North in April, before their own headline shows in May:
