Including breakthrough bands Sundara Karma, The Amazons and Clean Cut Kid

The latest bands have been announced for the first ever TRNSMT Festival, including Sundara Karma and The Amazons.

All of the new additions are for the King Tut’s stage, featuring new bands and some of the most recent breakthrough talent.

Clean Cut Kid, Fickle Friends and The LaFontaines also join festival heavyweights Radiohead, Kasabian and Biffy Clyro.

Rising solo stars Declan McKenna and Tom Grennan will also play the Tut’s stage, as do US indie pop band Saint Motel.

Honne and The Vryll Society complete today’s new additions.

TRNSMT is the promising 2017 replacement for T in the Park, and the lineup is shaping up to be one of the UK’s best.

Along with the headliners, there’ll also be sets from artists including Two Door Cinema Club, Catfish and the Bottlemen, Blossoms, Stormzy and Cabbage.

The lineup is being revealed slowly, with more bands sure to come in the coming weeks.

TRNSMT takes place at Glasgow Green between 7-9 July.

Three-day tickets are reasonably priced at £155, or £235 for a VIP package, with a day ticket costing £59.50.
